We Know the Top Reason Employees Quit Is Their Managers. But, why?

Research and experience tells us that employees quit when they don't get along with or can't work with their direct supervisors or managers. Poor management and leadership in an employee's direct supervisor is the the number one cause of turn-over. But, what are all of these managers doing to drive people away?
