U.S. FERC issues TransCanada Mountaineer pipeline report

(Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an environmental impact statement for TransCanada Corp's Mountaineer and Gulf XPress natural gas pipeline projects in West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi.
