How to have a difficult conversation. More crucial conversations are needed at work. Not addressing negative attitudes, subpar performance, territoriality, judgment, and put-downs at the office is the same as saying it's okay. By not having these conversations, we trade our short-term comfort for the long-term health of our teams and businesses.
