Mexico rescinds Texas aid offer in wake of huge quake

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico will no longer send aid it had offered to victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas due to demands on its emergency services from a powerful earthquake that stuck late last week, the foreign ministry said in a statement on Monday.
